Nothing to fault.

The hotel has a good location, it is close to some nice cafes and restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice and had hot water all the time. The view from the balcony was great and we could see the mountains.

We had a terrible experience with the staff. They were not friendly nor helpful with any of our requests.

Had a fabulous New Year's stay at this hotel! the rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the ski lifts and apres ski bars. the restaurant serves outstanding food with a fantastic appetizer buffet and two main courses included in the half-board option. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was fantastic with plenty of options to choose from. the spa was very relaxing and offered the perfect way to wind down after a day on the slopes.

the only slight downside was that the sauna area was a bit small, but it was sufficient and didn't impact our overall experience.

This made it so easy to enjoy a day of skiing without any hassle. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great advice on hiking routes in the area. The half board option was a great choice, with delicious meals served for both breakfast and dinner. The spa facilities were outstanding, providing a relaxing experience after a day of outdoor activities. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with a balcony and a bath for added comfort. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus and the late check-in was accommodated without any issues. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury, comfort, and quality services.

As someone who loves skiing, the location of this hotel was perfect for me as it is very close to two major ski lifts. Additionally, the hotel facilities were very clean and well maintained. Both the hotel's breakfast and staff were amazing. Parking was also a breeze and I had no trouble finding a spot.
